random thoughts…

It’s interesting that when business journalists/writers chronicle a company/business person, they almost always manage to write about structuring and financing shenanigans carried out without a word being said about the ethics of the same. Kind of a matter-of-fact report that glosses over the ugly underbelly, or to put it differently – choosing not to see the principle of the thing; and instead focus simple only on the outcome and what it means to you as an investor/consumer/detached stakeholder. Or from yet another perspective, it’s slack that every entrepreneur is automatically granted for having chosen to be one in the first place!!

It’s like everyone knows that shit happens. Why bother s-p-e-l-l-i-n-g it out. Kind of like an unsaid statutory warning: “dude, this could be shit, but moving on, what we are trying to analyze is…”.
